Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,943 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – CVICU RN – Texas Start Date: February 17, 2026 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM), rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week, no call required Highlights: Work in a progressive CVICU specializing in post-CABG, post-VAD, and post-cath patients with cardiac support devices including IABP, Impella, and ECMO Comprehensive device training provided by the facility upon arrival 13 or 26-week assignment at a well-established hospital within an internationally recognized medical center Meditech EMR system with opportunity to develop advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management skills Exposure to IABP and CRRT procedures in a collaborative critical care environment Requirements: Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years ICU experience required ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required Demonstrated competency in hemodynamic monitoring (Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines) Proficiency in ventilator management and strong critical thinking skills Willingness to float per facility policy Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to expand your cardiovascular critical care expertise in a high-acuity CVICU environment with comprehensive device training and mentorship.
