Job Description:
Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and
detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team,
providing top-tier health care services in our senior living and
long-term care facilities across Texas. This role is pivotal in
enhancing the quality of life for our residents through exceptional
care and a deep understanding of each patient's unique needs. As
part of Touchstone Communities, you will work in an enriching

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Assess
patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement
nursing care plans. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and
changes in patients' conditions and vital signs. Operate medical
equipment and assist with patient rehabilitation. Communicate with
physicians, LPNs, medical professionals, and family members about
patient conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
of patient care. Offer emotional support to patients and their
families, providing guidance and advice. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Ability to administer medications
competently Excellent verbal and written communication Strong
organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in using

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas CPR certified
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
