the healthcare team. Our LVNs are vital to the patient experience
at our facilities, providing both medical services and empathy,

care. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented,
responsive, and committed to fostering a resourceful and supporting
atmosphere. Provide basic patient care under the direction of
registered nurses Administer medications and injections as
prescribed Monitor and record patient's condition and document
provided care services Treat medical emergencies, such as heart
attacks, strokes, and car accidents within scope of practice Assist
with patient hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities
Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional
support and information about conditions Maintain patient
confidentiality and operate medical equipment safely Support the
healthcare team towards achieving optimal patient service and care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and patience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Keen
observational skills and a detail-oriented mindset Ability to
manage time effectively and make informed decisions Proficiency
with healthcare technology and electronic health records Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of
employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from an accredited
agency IV Certification preferred
