Implement patient care plans as directed by registered nurses or physicians. Record patient histories and symptoms for clinical records. Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
