In this role, you will coordinate the daily operations of our patient care unit, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal patient outcomes, and exceptional clinical practices. As part of our committed team, you will be instrumental in implementing patient care standards, managing resources, and leading nursing staff to excel in providing comprehensive healthcare. Coordinate and supervise patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Mentor and train nursing staff, encouraging professional growth and development. Oversee patient records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently. Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare programs.
