Exciting Opportunity for an RN - OR/Surgery/n/n- Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced operating room environment!/n- Work with a variety of patients in ortho, neuro, plastics, ENT, and robotics specialties./n- Enjoy a balanced work schedule of 4 days, 10 hours per day./n/nKey Responsibilities:/n/n- Practice nursing independently while demonstrating awareness of all relevant clinical aspects./n- Provide both routine and complex care, utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation./n- Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families./n- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring side-effects and the effectiveness of prescribed therapies./n- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided./n- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers./n- Lead and delegate effectively within the care team to enhance clinical outcomes./n/nJob Requirements:/n/n- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred./n- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty preferred./n- Certifications: /n - BLS required (AHA only)./n - RN License in the state of TX or compact./n/nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): /nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
