The clinician will manage a census of 220 patients, seeing approximately 24 patients monthly while working full-time day shifts with no call requirements. Responsibilities include responding to emergency situations and restraint protocols, participating in treatment planning meetings, and maintaining detailed documentation while collaborating with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery in the residential forensic treatment setting.
