Travel Neurologist, TBI Focus

Location: San Antonio, TX

Schedule: One to five shifts per month, flexible scheduling

Position Overview

Conduct VA compensation and pension examinations with a focus on traumatic brain injury and residual conditions

Examination only role, no treatment, no prescribing

Complete required disability questionnaires and structured documentation

Skills and Clinical Focus

Evaluate TBI related neurological sequelae including headaches, dizziness and balance issues, cognitive and memory deficits, motor and sensory impairment, neuropsychiatric changes, sleep and vision issues, and speech or language concerns

Perform structured neurological examinations and document findings clearly

Required Qualifications

MD or DO with completed neurology residency

Active unrestricted medical license

DEA license as required for credentialing

Ability to complete onboarding and background checks
