See more info belowDishwasherFresco is looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The Dishwasher's duties include cleaning smallwares, pots, pans, and utensils. Maintain a clean work area, monitor sanitizer concentrations, sweeping and mopping floors. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed. Have a positive attitude and willingness to have fun.Reports ToThe dishwasher will report to the general manager and/or team leadersJob OverviewTo be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a committed, fast working team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures. Constant monitoring of front of house needs ensuring an uninterrupted flow.Responsibilities and Duties* Ensuring the availability of clean pots, pans, and smallwares* Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as compartment and floor sinks* Unloading and storing deliveries.* Sweeping and mopping floors, especially if items are broken or spilled.* Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.* Assisting kitchen staff as needed* May perform other tasks as assigned by managementQualifications* Experience as a dishwasher preferred but not mandatory* Team player* Exceptional time management skills.* Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.* Ability to lift 40 lbs.
