Grill Staff Job Description We are seeking a skilled and
experienced Grill Staff to join our team at our Bastrop location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong
work ethic. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items
according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure that all food
is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all food safety
and sanitation guidelines - Assist with inventory and ordering of
supplies as needed - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure
timely and efficient service Requirements: - High school diploma or
equivalent - Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen
environment - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines -
Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent communication and
organizational skills - Ability to stand for extended periods of
