Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation invites applications for the
position of Nutrition Services Aide within our comprehensive
healthcare and rehabilitation services network. This role plays a
critical part in contributing to our mission of setting the
standard for comprehensive patient care through the preparation and
delivery of meals tailored to patient-specific health needs. As a
Nutrition Services Aide, you will assist in kitchen operations and
ensure all dietary procedures align with our standards of care and
regulatory requirements. Your contribution will help improve
patients' lives daily. Prepare and deliver meals according to
specified dietary requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
standards in food preparation and service areas. Assist kitchen
staff in inventory management and storage of food supplies. Ensure
compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to understand patient-specific dietary
needs. Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs. Strong
organizational skills. Ability to adhere to health and safety
regulations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
