custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.
Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO
tools developed. Provides/authors documentation, participates in
design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the
Government's software development procedures and processes.
Multiple location opportunities including: Annapolis Junction, MD
Aurora, CO Cary, NC San Antonio, TX Due to federal contract
requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate
security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security
clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilties Develop
Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX
applications using make files or comparable build environments; or,
Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or
open source build environments. Provide/author documentation,
participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as
prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and
processes. Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency appropriate
poly 2 years of experience required with a masters degree 4 years
of experience required with a bachelors degree 8 years of
additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science,
information systems, and network engineering) Required Technical
Skills Programs in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python. The

$96.83 per hour* Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as
a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation.
Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not
limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior
work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies;
certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect
