Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and
experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team,
specializing in Community Association Law. This is an onsite
position that provides an exciting opportunity to work in a
fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful
candidate will be a part of a team that handles a variety of legal
issues involving community associations, including condominium and
homeowners associations (Condo/HOA). This role requires a minimum
of 3 years of experience in the legal field, with a particular
focus on real estate with community association law.
Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and service to clients on
matters related to community association law, including Condo and
HOA issues. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and
other legal documents. Represent community associations in
litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
Advise community associations on governance issues, including
interpretation and enforcement of governing documents. Conduct
legal research and prepare legal opinions on various matters
related to community association law. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer
service. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the
delivery of high-quality legal services. Keep abreast of
developments in community association law and related areas of
practice. Participate in business development activities, including
networking events, seminars, and conferences. Qualifications: Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2
years of experience in community association law, with a particular
focus on Condo and HOA issues. Current license to practice law in
Texas and in good standing Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
related to community associations, including Condo and HOA laws.
Proven experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute
resolution. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Exceptional
organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and projects simultaneously. High level of professionalism and
ethical standards. Commitment to providing high-quality legal
services and achieving client satisfaction. Strong business
development and networking skills. Proficiency in using legal
research tools and software. Ability to work effectively in a
