Hybrid Role Great Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Flex Schedule 401K Match Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys to provide support in all aspects of litigation. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initiation to trial and appeal Conduct legal research and analysis, and prepare written summaries of findings Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date records Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and requests for production of documents Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness binders E-file documents in state and federal courts Stay up-to-date on federal and state regulations and rules of civil procedure Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations and rules of civil procedure Proficiency in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Familiarity with e-filing in state and federal courts Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Flexibility to work overtime as needed If you are a highly motivated and experienced litigation paralegal with a passion for the legal industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
