Hybrid Real Estate/Finance Legal Assistant (Austin, TX) Confidential Hiring Process About the Opportunity: A mid-sized law firm in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support its Real Estate Transactions and Finance practice. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week, providing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team environment. Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, depending on experience Practice Areas: Real estate transactions, finance, development, and leasing Firm Size: Approximately 70 attorneys with a strong presence in real estate law Work Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents Coordinate due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews Manage closing checklists and facilitate communication between parties Maintain organized files and track critical deadlines Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a legal assistant, preferably in real estate law Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Apply Today – Confidential Interviews Are Ongoing.
