Job Description Job Description Salary: $1620 per hour, based on experience Warehouse Associate I Austin Bazaar Hutto, TX Job Overview Austin Bazaar, a leading online retailer of musical instruments with over 16 years of growth, is hiring Warehouse Associate I team members to support our fulfillment operations in Hutto, TX. This is a full-time, long-term position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Our warehouse leadership and processes have recently been strengthened to improve structure, communication, and day-to-day support for employees. Apply directly through our company careers page for priority consideration: https://austinbazaar.bamboohr.com/careers/27 What Youll Do Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with shipping, packaging, and high-volume fulfillment Operate warehouse equipment such as PIT trucks and RF scanners (training provided) Track inventory and restock products Support FBA, FBM, and 3PL workflows, especially during peak season Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Follow all safety procedures and SOPs What Were Looking For 2 years of warehouse, pick/pack, or shipping experience Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for full shifts Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime and some weekends during peak season English or Spanish speakers welcome Must pass a background check Schedule & Pay Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Hours: 40 hours per week Saturday: One Saturday per month required Pay: $1620 per hour, based on experience Overtime: Significant overtime available during peak season Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays (after 90 days) Employee discounts on musical instruments and gear Apply directly through our company careers page for priority consideration: https://austinbazaar.bamboohr.com/careers/27 Location & Requirements On-site in Hutto, TX 78634 High school diploma or equivalent Must commute or relocate before start date Work location: In person
