For: Experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC,
painting, etc.) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid
drivers license and clean driving record Willingness to learn new
skills and grow in your role Prior experience in restoration,
construction, or related field (Preferred) IICRC WRT/ASD
certifications (Preferred) What Youll Be Doing: Customer Service:
Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star
service. Project Execution: Manage the mitigation jobs from initial
inspection to final equipment pickup. Perform Mitigation: Operate
drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to
