Job Description Job Description Salary: If you are an enthusiastic production assembler with basic knowledge in electrical, industrial, and/or manufacturing assembly, you will enjoy the opportunity to partner in producing innovative heat transfer products. Noren is an established company and recognized industry leading supplier of Engineered Heat Transfer Technology and Cabinet Cooling Systems. Essential job duties include: Piece together different types of raw and manufactured products into final finished parts. Use written and verbal instructions to learn how to assemble products. Use hands or machines to complete projects. May perform wiring and soldering in the assembly of electrical components. Work at different work stations as production needs require. Meet or exceed all team production goals on a consistent basis. Maintain and support the Companys ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System procedures and documentation. Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Experience and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Understand measurements in inches and millimeters. Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently and occasionally 50lbs with assistance if needed. Be able to stand for extended periods throughout their shift. Able to read, write, and speak English and follow both written and verbal instructions. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions. Experience using Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, even better if you have experience with an ERP Experience with wiring and soldering electrical components is a plus Experience driving a Forklift is a plus but not required. Experience brazing or welding is a plus but not required. This is a full time, non-exempt position.
