Position will be located in and support San Marcos, TX area.

In order to help prospective candidates learn more about the three new exciting positions in our SMRA organization we will be holding an Informational Session on Thursday, 6/3 for internal employees. You'll create, recruit, and maintain a strong team of Retail Store Managers, Hometown Experts and Rural Indirect Sales Managers, supporting them every step of the way. Why? Support Retail Store Managers, Hometown Experts and Rural Indirect Sales Managers in their development, training, coaching, and tactical execution, driving leadership behaviors that will lead to earning a place in our customer's hearts and store employee success. Show your Retail Store Managers, Hometown Experts and Rural Indirect Sales Managers you're invested in their success through personalized performance management plans and conversations, as well as celebrating achievements through recognition.Set your teams up for success with proper forecasting, strategic planning, defined processes, and ensuring resources are available to meet goals.Ensure all store locations are open per the business plan, meet and/or exceed defined, monthly success measurements, company requirements and operational standards, and complete assigned training on time, and fully.Provide financial and management reporting as designed, supporting company requirements, and develop forecasts and budgets as required.Seek to hire new employees who are passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and are fired up about the T-Mobile Brand, and the latest and greatest digital technology.Oversee Retail Store Managers in ensuring store employees' work-related needs, a positive team environment, appropriate staffing levels, scheduling, maintained labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.Ensure Retail Store Managers and Rural Indirect Managers continue to support operational excellence by observing store functions, monitoring sales and inventory and implementing new store programs and initiatives.Engage Hometown Experts from recruiting and onboarding, to networking within their community, sharing T-Mobile products and services, and meeting performance expectations.Support Rural Indirect Managers in onboarding, training and driving performance across multiple Authorized Retailers.Complete observations of interactions with customers, including feedback, to be leveraged in development, training, and coaching conversations as appropriate.Contribute to strengthening communication and cross-coordination with Retail and HQ organizations, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Care and Human Resources.
