Job Description:

We're a Multifamily General Contractor that's been in business since 2005 and specializes in building ground-up Senior Living, LIHTC, Student Housing, and Market Rate Apartment Complexes throughout Central Texas.

Currently, we're getting ready to break ground on a wood-frame garden style apartment complex near Gruene, Texas. Our team is actively looking for an experience Lead Superintendent with a background in ground-up multifamily construction that is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide on-site field supervision and management for all construction operations
Oversee assistants, foreman, subcontractors, and other personnel on the job-site
Plan, coordinate, and execute work on time and within budget
Maintain a safe job-site
Ensures that all project goals are met
Monitors quality of workmanship and materials on project
Maintains weekly status reports on project for supervisory review
Prepares and logs RFI's and change orders
Maintains records of job costs

What You Need for this Position
Ground-Up Multifamily Construction Experience
Garden Style Experience
Prior experience working for a GC or Developer/Builder
Strong management & communication skills
Ability to run a project from beginning to end
