Dynamics suite administration, configuration,
customization/development (Training will be provided). Proficiency
with programming or scripting languages (i.e., Python, PowerShell,
JavaScript, SQL) Experience with REST APIs Experience working with
vendors and stakeholders to ensure forward project movement
Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and
designing solutions to satisfy enterprise-level business needs
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory security roles, group
policies and object management Ability to manage many projects and
priorities simultaneously, remain on a project timeline and
coordinate activities between projects to ensure they align with
the university's goals Ability to communicate effectively and work
as a contributing member of a dynamic, cross-functional and agile
delivery team Ability to work additional or non-standard hours to
meet deadlines or support critical services Preferred
Qualifications: Experience configuring and customizing Microsoft
Dynamics CRM platform, including templates and best practices.
Experience automating user provisioning, Identity and Access
Management Experience administering Windows Server 2016 and higher
Experience administering Linux (prefer RHEL 8 and higher)
Understanding of common IT security protocols and remediation
techniques Experience with Microsoft Azure Experience with web
development Experience in management or configuration of a support
ticketing system Understanding of network infrastructure and
troubleshooting Familiarity with ITIL Foundations and Change
Management basics Technical communication skills, both written and
verbal Project management experience Job Description:Responsibility
for the administration and maintenance of servers and services
managed by the team.Job Duties: Serve on the Microsoft CRM Dynamics
Administration Team to facilitate the day-to-day support and
administration of the CRM Dynamics system. Administer SaaS and/or
cloud-based services, utilizing group policy, active directory,
REST API's, and server applications to provision access and
permissions. Facilitate communication between university
stakeholders and external vendors to design, efficiently configure
and implement new software services and dynamic workflows using
industry best practices while following university and state
security protocols. Enforce IT policies and procedures within the
scope of enterprise application support and change management in
the production environment while partnering with university
security teams to enforce the security of supported environments.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly system maintenance activities
(backups, log file maintenance, security patches, etc.) are
completed within acceptable windows. Provide proactive capacity and
performance management recommendations to ensure sufficient
resources that grow with stakeholder demand while striving to
improve the efficiency of processes and personnel resources.
Provide reports on systems performance, capacity, usage, and
licensing to assist in planning for future application requirements
and purchases. Provide advanced troubleshooting of SaaS systems and
network problems. Document internal practices and policies to
ensure a robust team knowledge base. Perform other duties as
