Job details Qualifications + Pre-screening authentication + Billing break down + Endorsements + Insurance reviews and retention + Follow-up (All outlined in Agency Procedure manual) + Thoroughly understands and follows all underwriting and rating plans + Solicits and cross-sells book of business policies + Ensures that all required documents are signed, filed and faxed (when required) appropriately + Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures + Maintains knowledge of new products + Asks all customers for referrals + Develops agency relationship with existing customers + Ask for cross-selling opportunities and develop quotes * Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions * Follows consistent customer service process for all insureds for: * Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agency sales and customer service manager * Manages prospecting campaigns * Be coachable and accountable * Must be P & C license (General Lines).
