San Marcos Treatment Center is located on 63 acres in the Texas
hill country and is known nationwide with programming for children
and adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
Position Summary:
San Marcos Treatment Center is seeking a Driver to provide
transportation for patients to and from the facility for
pre-scheduled appointments; providing continuous observation,
interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining
safety at all times.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: One (1) year of transportation services experiences
preferred. Priority given to applicants with experience
transporting patients.
Licensure: Must maintain a valid as required for transportation of
patients.
Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention
Intervention certification; certifications may be obtained during
orientation.
Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years or older and have a clean
driving record as obtained from the Department of Public Safety.
Must complete training in CPR and CPI - crisis prevention
intervention training. Training may be obtained during 1st week of
employment during new hire orientation.
