Work-from-Home Requirements:
A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist:
The Customer Care Specialist position will encompass answering
phones and helping customers with billing, technical and service
questions. In addition you will look for opportunities to
strengthen customer relationships through offering a wide array of
products and services, as well as negotiating with customers and
overcoming objections with the intent of retaining customer
loyalty. We will provide you with extensive training on enhanced
customer service skills and our voice/cable/modem and services.
What You Bring to the Table:
Successful candidates will have 1 one or more years in a customer
facing, customer experience role, in addition they will have either
sales and/or technical experience in a service environment.
Candidates will have a minimum education of high school diploma and
possess the ability to utilize and be proficient in desktop tools,
billing software, online tools and information resources to the
fullest extent (including keyboarding); strong in both verbal and
written communications and the ability to multi-task easily. These
positions require individuals who are reliable and dependable,
specifically relating to attendance and schedule requirements,
including the ability to work flexible schedules including extended
hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to function in a
fast-paced sometimes stressful environment.
