**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Water/Wastewater Equipment Operator II to join our team. As a key member of our water/wastewater systems team, you will be responsible for coordinating, performing, and assisting in supervising the maintenance and construction of the City's water/wastewater systems and related equipment. This includes operating heavy equipment, maintaining various types of maintenance equipment and tools, and preparing and maintaining departmental maintenance records.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and perform maintenance and construction activities for the City's water/wastewater systems and related equipment
* Operate heavy equipment and maintain various types of maintenance equipment and tools
* Prepare and maintain departmental maintenance records
* Provide training and supervise the work activities of assigned personnel

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in water/wastewater systems maintenance and operation
* Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL
