Install racking and solar panels on residential roof tops
Assemble solar panels, arrays, and supporting structures
Properly repair and seal roof penetration
Support Crew Lead and Electrician to successfully install
Prepare inventory for installs
Project clean up
Perform maintenance and system checks
Ensure safety standards and codes are met
Additional duties required as needed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Solar/Roofing/Construction experience is required
- Residential Solar Experience preferred
- Ability to work in heights and on roofs/ladders
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in various weather conditions/extreme environments (hot attics, heat, wind, cold/icy weather, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+lbs
- Ability to follow safety/OSHA guidelines
- Ability to work safely with power tools PLUSSES
