This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and landscaping.YOUR ROLE

• Perform minor electrical repairs, replace fixtures, troubleshoot lighting issues, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Repair leaks, unclog drains, replace fixtures, and maintain pipes and water systems.
• Prepare surfaces, apply paint, fix holes, patch walls, and conduct touch-ups as needed for interiors and exteriors.
• Repair and install doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, and other structural components.
• Maintain lawns, trim trees and shrubs, and perform general outdoor upkeep.
• Inspect and repair mechanical systems, including motors, belts, and other moving parts.
• Clean, inspect, and perform minor repairs on HVAC systems and filters.
• Wash and maintain windows, ensuring a streak-free and professional finish.
• Perform debris removal, and upkeep of outdoor areas around the shop and yard.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING
  • Proven experience in property maintenance, general repairs, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor as needed.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe Property Maintenance Technician role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The position involves lifting and carrying materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
