we’re looking for a visionary leader to help us grow beyond state
lines. The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice
President of Business Development to lead our national expansion
efforts. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned professional
with a passion for Medicaid innovation, a deep understanding of
HCBS programs, and a proven track record of securing high-value
contracts through RFPs. Key Responsibilities · Drive strategic
growth by expanding FMSA operations into new states and markets. ·
Lead the end-to-end RFP process—from opportunity identification to
submission and negotiation. · Build and nurture partnerships with
state Medicaid agencies, MCOs, and community stakeholders. ·
Conduct market research and regulatory analysis to inform expansion
strategies. · Collaborate with executive leadership on financial
modeling, feasibility studies, and business cases. · Represent CDS
at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to
elevate our brand and mission. · Ensure all initiatives align with
HCBS compliance standards and organizational goals. What You Bring
· 5 years in senior-level business development, preferably in
healthcare or Medicaid. · 3 years of experience managing successful
RFPs in the HCBS or healthcare sector. · Deep knowledge of HCBS
and/or FMSA programs (2 years preferred). · Demonstrated success in
expanding services into new geographic markets. · Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s
preferred). · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
leadership skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools;
strong analytical and organizational abilities. · Willingness to
