The entry level Sales Support Representative is responsible for:
Actively listening to customers’ wants and needs to provide
tailored solutions Conducting in-depth product demonstrations to
convey features and benefits Meeting and exceeding sales targets
alongside fellow entry-level Sales Support Representatives Tracking
and recording sales metrics to ensure company and client goals are
met Answering inquiries professionally and thoroughly to ensure
100% customer satisfaction Engaging directly with customers to
build strong relationships and foster brand loyalty Attending
meetings designed for our entry-level Sales Support Representatives
to develop new skill sets
