Job Description Position Overview: /n Astound Business Solutions
is currently searching for an Enterprise Account Executive in our
Austin, TX market. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible
for sales to enterprise level commercial customers, including large
business customers of both internet & telephone services. This
includes proactively identifying new customer sales opportunities,
defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and closing deals. /n

will include, but are not limited to: /n /n - Conduct proactive
sales activities, including cold-calling and knocking on doors,
proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal
presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements
/n - Negotiate to secure contracts with telecommunications decision
makers in order to achieve revenue growth and retention. /n -
Manage installation projects with various teams to ensure on-time
delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction /n - Respond
to requests from customers for information, support, assistance,
joint proposals, pricing, etc. /n - Respond to demand sales
requests /n - Supports others within the sales/service team to
achieve customer satisfaction /n - Other duties as assigned /n /n
Our ideal candidate will possess: /n /n - Minimum 5 years’
experience selling B2B in technology environment /n - Demonstrated
success in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user
customers, including strategic and large business customers and
government accounts using relationship management and system sales
concepts /n - Exceptional presentation, negotiation and closing
skills /n - Seasoned experience building a base of business /n -
Ability to sell to C level executives within an organization /n -
Experience in systems selling, consultative sales techniques,
customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, and service
improvement planning. /n - Technical skills related to network and
transmission design and local access services /n - Product
knowledge of both switched and dedicated services, as well as
associated end-user and carrier applications /n - Operational
understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and
billing processes /n - Working knowledge of general marketing
principle tools and processes /n - Skills necessary for decision
making and maintaining customer retention /n - Strong interpersonal
skills /n - Ability to act like an Entrepreneur is a necessary
attribute /n - Ability to effectively operate in a highly dynamic
environment /n - Ability to communicate by telephone,
correspondence, and in person /n - Ability to problem solve and
ability to see big picture /n - Must have basic computer, typing
and mathematics techniques /n - Ability to operate standard office
equipment, to include personal computer, telephone, printer,
copier, facsimile machine, and calculator /n - Ability to stay
focused and remain composed during peak periods & when dealing with
challenging situations /n - Must have valid driver's license with
clean driving record /n /n /n /n Base Salary: The base salary for
this position is $70,000 - $75,000, plus an uncapped commission
plan, and opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The
base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range
for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the
range based on various factors including but not limited to
relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. /n Commissions at
plan: Targeted commissions are thirty-two thousand, four hundred
dollars annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential
for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who
