management. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Account
Executive to join our client's growing sales team in Austin. This
role focuses exclusively on selling print solutions, while working
collaboratively with Business Technology Advisors who handle the
managed services portfolio. The successful candidate will be
responsible for driving new business development through
prospecting activities, managing marketing-generated leads, and
developing those opportunities into closed sales. The position

Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert during all
customer interactions and presentations Utilize consultative
selling techniques to position and present print solutions to
prospective clients Conduct independent business development
through targeted prospecting activities Manage and develop
marketing-generated leads into qualified selling opportunities
Create and deliver compelling proposals and quotes for client
presentation Meet minimum requirements for cold calls,
appointments, and proposal activities Achieve or exceed monthly and
annual sales quotas Participate actively in all company sales
initiatives and campaigns Assist with identifying upselling
opportunities within existing accounts through quarterly business
reviews Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and
customer interactions Collaborate effectively with internal teams
to ensure seamless customer experience Required Experience/Skills
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or
technology solutions Demonstrated track record of meeting or
exceeding sales targets Strong "Type A" personality with go-getter
mentality and competitive drive Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritize workload
effectively and meet strict deadlines Strong problem-solving skills
with team-oriented approach Experience in consultative selling and
relationship building Valid driver's license required Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience in print services, office technology, or
managed IT services industry Background working with competitors
such as Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, or similar companies Experience in
technology startup or fast-paced sales environment Familiarity with
CRM systems and sales tracking tools Interest in print technology
and business efficiency solutions Education High school diploma or
equivalent required. Additional sales training or business
education preferred. Pay & Benefits Summary Competitive base
salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually Uncapped commission structure
with 3-tier bonus plan (25%-35% based on net new gross profit)
