Educate and support patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Strong clinical skills in a home health setting Ability to operate medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license in the state of practice CPR certified
