Competitive compensation & full benefits package Hybrid work options and a collaborative office culture Family-oriented environment with strong mentorship and growth opportunities Projects that directly impact Central Texas infrastructure Convenient Austin location with gym access and private offices Recognized for technical leadership in water/wastewater systems and municipal infrastructure Job Details Responsibilities - Lead engineering and design for water/wastewater pipelines, pump/lift stations, treatment plants, and supply systems Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality control Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently, from concept through construction Coordinate directly with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams Support proposal development and client pursuits with technical input Prepare plans, permits, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules Conduct site visits and support field coordination as needed (limited travel within Texas) Qualifications - B.S. in Civil Engineering or related discipline 12 years of technical experience with at least 5 in project management Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas for 3 years Expertise in Central Texas water/wastewater systems and municipal standards Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projects Interested in hearing more?
