- At least 1 year of experience leading software engineering
teams in a technology-driven organization.
- Proven focus on delivering results and outcomes, with a strong
understanding of the value of rapidly shipping code and iterating
based on feedback.
- Exceptional ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering
skill development and career growth.
- Knowledge of scalable backend architectures (e.g. Kafka),
modern tech stacks (e.g. Python, React), cloud platforms (e.g.,
AWS, GCP), and Agile development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with high-level system design and
familiarity with best practices and design patterns.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field, or equivalent professional experience.How We
