Stepdown /n/n Job Details: /n • Assume responsibility for
assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per shift basis /n• Provide nursing care at
the unit level for intermediate care unit/progressive care
unit/stepdown patients /n• Supervise staff to which appropriate
care is delegated /n• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality,
safe and appropriate nursing care /n• Maintain competency of
clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to
patient care /n• Unique EID required for this facility /n• EMR
system is All-scripts /n• Traveler badge (access and picture) will
