this Texas based law firm is seeking an associate attorney with
experience in Environmental and Administrative Law. This is an
exceptional opportunity to join our well-established legal team,
where you will play a critical role in handling complex litigation
matters related to environmental and administrative law. If you are

Responsibilities: 1. Represent clients in complex litigation
matters related to environmental, land use, and administrative law.
2. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
briefs, appeals, agreements, and contracts. 3. Conduct
comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case
preparation and strategy development. 4. Collaborate with internal
teams and external counsel to manage case progression and ensure
optimal outcomes. 5. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on
environmental and administrative law matters, ensuring compliance
with local, state, and federal regulations. 6. Participate in
negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions, advocating
effectively for clients' interests. 7. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and
ensuring client satisfaction. 8. Stay current on developments in
environmental and administrative law, applying relevant changes to
current cases and legal strategies. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school, and licensed in Texas .
2. 2-5 years of experience in environmental and/or administrative
law, with a focus on complex litigation. 3. Active member in good
standing with the State Bar. 4. Demonstrated experience in handling
complex litigation matters, including trial experience. 5.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. 6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity
to handle intricate legal and factual issues. 7. Excellent
interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to manage
multiple clients and cases simultaneously. 8. Proficiency in legal
research tools and software. 9. Commitment to uphold and adhere to
ethical and confidentiality standards. 10. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure
