Job Description Job Description Salary: Purpose The Warehouse
Technician I is responsible for executing warehouse operations with
a focus on inventory accuracy, safety and compliance. This role
supports driving the daily flow of work, receiving and stocking
critical and non-critical supplies. Responsibilities Receive,
inspect, and verify inbound materials against purchase order and
shipping documentation Perform accurate storage of materials into
designated storage locations Pick, pack and stage orders for
shipment in accordance with SOPs and customer requirements Ensure
timely replenishment of supplies to ensure they meet quality
standards Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular
inventory audits Communicate inventory issues, delays or
discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner Support outbound
shipping activities, including labeling, documentation and carrier
coordination Coordinate with other departments to ensure that
supplies are distributed to the correct locations Follow SOPs in
compliance with regulatory and safety requirements for supply
storage, handling, and tracking of supplies Ability to cross train
to assist in receiving donated tissues as needed Maintain warehouse
organization and cleanliness Operate material handling equipment
safely and efficiently Starting your job duties on time, staying on
the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly,
and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments Maintain a
working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB
standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant
regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and
standard operating procedures Maintain acceptable attendance and
punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings Ensure completion
of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during
weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support
business/operational needs when necessary Perform other duties as
assigned Skills Ability to operate warehouse equipment and computer
systems Ability to operate a company vehicle with acceptable
driving record Ability to work independently and in a team
environment Excellent attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication Highest level of ethics
and integrity Ability to lead and motivate the right behaviors
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Physical Requirements Ability to
lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Ability
to document work with legible handwriting
Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalent from
an accredited institution required Experience in a warehouse,
receiving and/or shipping environment preferred Experience working
with Microsoft programs Knowledge of tissue banking industry and
regulatory requirements is a plus Valid Class C drivers license
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
